The integrated interface of ProdataKey and OwnerGo controls 32 access points to external entrances of buildings and common areas.
ATLANTA – ProdataKey (PDK), a cloud-based network and wireless provider access control products and services, and OwnerGo, a complete web-based leasing, communication and organization management tool for multi-tenant properties, has implemented a fully integrated solution for Freedom Heights and Lofts (Freedom Heights), a condominium community in Atlanta , Georgia.
It is said that the integrated platform, designed for communities of condominiums, apartments, townhouses and single-family homes, provides improved security and controlled access to all tenants and workers who provide services to the property, while providing members of the Board and property managers of the Homeowners Association (HOA) with the tools they need to respond to residents and function more efficiently.
The integrated interface controls 32 access points to entrances to external buildings and common areas and contains tools to support work order submissions, resident directories, event calendars, lease documentation, a fully automated lease list tool and more. Up to 25% of the owners of Freedom Heights rent their units to tenants; The rest of the units are occupied by their owners.
The PDK access control system provides Freedom Heights HOA with security management capabilities, reporting and the ability to segment access to specific buildings by tenant.
A mobile interface provides the night security guard with real-time knowledge of when the doors are accessed, as well as instant alerts if any of the doors are left open.
It is said that integration with OwnerGo eliminates the entry of redundant data while providing continuity in the management of lease documents and the assignment of access credentials. System administrators can more easily track authorized cardholders and deactivate cards that have been lost or should no longer be in circulation, according to the company. In addition, cards assigned to a particular unit can be automatically transferred to the following occupants.
The OwnerGo integration allows residents to unlock doors for which they have permission without the need for physical access control cards. Using the graphic map feature within the OwnerGo web and mobile interface, you can tap or click on the door you wish to open.
With this method, they can also open doors remotely for visitors who call in advance from outside. The system also provides leverage to the HOA board by charging late payment of condo fees. Residents who are significantly delayed in payments may have access to community areas, such as the pool and gym, temporarily disabled until payment is received.
"Using our open API, OwnerGo has been able to incorporate many of PDK's features, making security management a perfect part of the platform's capabilities," says Cory Jackson, vice president of sales for ProdataKey.
