In association with a Japanese technology company Fujitsu, Biometrics Company based in Budapest BioSec Group introduced the PalmSecure biometric product line, called Fujitsu BioSec, in the recent Fujitsu Forum Munich 2019 after an OEM collaboration.
BioSec demonstrated different application use cases and gave participants the opportunity to test the product and the recognition of palm veins in a simulated environment. During the Social Networks Night, a raffle was organized for media personalities and journalists to experience the recognition of the veins of the palm. To participate, they had to register biometrically and then use the palm vein recognition to open a safe.
Event participants had the opportunity to obtain more information about the Fujitsu PalmSecure product portfolio that integrates BioSec technology, such as the ID LifePass personal authentication solution, the GateKeeper ID physical access control system and the sign-in solutions Computer ID Login V2.
The public sector cabin had many protected applications with palm vein recognition that participants could play with, such as a simulated prison cell, an electric car charging station or different integrations for air travel, such as luggage delivery, security control, payment without cash, boarding or car rental. .
BioSec recently celebrated the fifth anniversary of its StadiumGuard palm vein recognition access control solution in the Groupama Arena.
